Crash benefits cover: A Crash Replacement service is reserved to the first owner of the bicycle and is valid once in the first two years from the date of purchase. It gives you the possibility of replacing the frame of your DUCATI bike powered by Thok e-bike under certain conditions in the event of an accident. The damaged frames will be replaced with a frame of equal or greater value, without components. The cost of shipping and assembly of the new frame are not included in the price and it will be paid by the customer. You will need to explain in detail the circumstances that caused to the damage and provide images of the damaged bike.
